These terms apply to biohazardcleanupnow.com and to calls to (855) 675-5912. By using the site or calling, you agree to them. Biohazard Cleanup Now is a trade name of Hearthline Media LLC, a Montana limited liability company. Effective 12 October 2026.
What the service is
Biohazard Cleanup Now arranges biohazard cleanup through local, independently owned cleanup companies. When you call, the company that serves your ZIP code answers, gives you a written estimate and does the work. That company pays Biohazard Cleanup Now a fee for the call. Biohazard Cleanup Now does not perform, supervise or guarantee the work. Check any company's registration with your state where one is required.
Consent to recording and contact
Calls may be recorded. By staying on the line after the recording notice, you agree to the recording. By calling, you agree that the company that takes your call may call or text you back at the number you called from about the cleanup you asked about. You can stop further contact at any time; see the Do Not Contact page.
Information on the site
Pages give general information about biohazard cleanup, costs, insurance and state programs. Cost ranges are typical published figures, not quotes. Nothing on the site is legal, insurance, medical or financial advice. Rules and programs change; check with the agency or your insurer before you rely on them.
No warranty
The site and the phone line are provided as they are. Biohazard Cleanup Now makes no warranty about the work of any cleanup company, its price, its timing or its results. Your agreement for the work is with the company that does it.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hearthline Media LLC, a Montana limited liability company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the site, the phone line or any cleanup work, and its total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the phone line to break the law, to harass anyone, to place false calls, to copy the site in bulk, or to interfere with how it works.
Content
The text and design of the site belong to Hearthline Media LLC, a Montana limited liability company. Public data shown on the site belongs to its publishers, as credited on each page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Montana have jurisdiction, unless the law of your state gives you the right to sue where you live.
