Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Biohazard Cleanup Now, a trade name of Hearthline Media LLC, a Montana limited liability company, handles information from visits to biohazardcleanupnow.com and from calls to (855) 675-5912. Effective 12 October 2026.
What the website collects
The website has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
When you tap a call button or search a ZIP code, the site records an event without cookies: the event, the page, the button position, the ZIP code you searched and whether it has a page, and the country and state your connection comes from. It does not record your IP address with these events.
Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
What a phone call collects
When you call (855) 675-5912, the following is processed: your phone number and caller ID, the time and length of the call, the ZIP code or location you give, and what you say about the property and the cleanup. Calls may be recorded for quality, billing and dispute purposes; a recording notice plays before the call is answered.
Your call is put through to a local cleanup company that serves your area, which receives your phone number and what you tell it so it can give you an estimate and do the work you ask for.
How information is used
- To put your call through to a company that serves your area, as you asked
- To bill for calls and resolve disputes about them
- To keep the site and the phone line working, secure and protected from abuse
- To count which pages and services people call about, in totals
- To meet legal duties
Who receives it
The cleanup company that takes your call; service providers that host the site, run the phone line and record calls, and handle email, under contracts that limit their use of the information; and authorities where the law requires it.
The company that takes your call pays Biohazard Cleanup Now a fee for the call. Passing your call to that company is how Biohazard Cleanup Now does what you ask when you call. Biohazard Cleanup Now does not sell lists of callers and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still ask that your information not be sold or shared in any other way; see the Do Not Sell or Share page.
Sensitive and health information
If you describe an illness, an injury or a death during a call, that description may be health information under some state laws. It is used only to arrange and price the cleanup you ask about and is shared only with the company that takes your call and the providers above.
Washington residents: under the My Health My Data Act you can ask what consumer health data was collected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent, by emailing hello@biohazardcleanupnow.com.
How long it is kept
Call records and recordings are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, including billing, disputes and legal duties, and then deleted. Website event totals hold no personal identifiers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising or profiling, and to appeal a decision on your request. These rights come from laws including:
- California: California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act
- Colorado: Colorado Privacy Act
- Connecticut: Connecticut Data Privacy Act
- Delaware: Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act
- Indiana: Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act
- Iowa: Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act

- Maryland: Maryland Online Data Privacy Act
- Minnesota: Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act
- Nebraska: Nebraska Data Privacy Act
- New Hampshire: New Hampshire Privacy Act
- New Jersey: New Jersey Data Privacy Act

To make a request, email hello@biohazardcleanupnow.com or write to the mailing address below. Say which right you are using and give the phone number you called from so the records can be found. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. Requests are answered within 45 days, extended once by up to 45 more days when needed, with notice. If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to the decision; appeals are answered within the time your state's law sets. You will not be treated differently for using your rights.
Global Privacy Control
The site honors the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser that sends it. Because the site sets no cookies and no trackers, there is nothing more for the signal to switch off.
Children
The site and the phone line are meant for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and no information from a child is knowingly collected.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS, access to call records is limited to the people who need it, and service providers are bound to protect what they handle. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, you will be told as the law requires.

This policy may change; the effective date above shows the latest version.
